The CBATS (carrier-based aircraft take-off and landing training system) is an important application of virtual reality technology in the simulation field. Large-scale, real-time ocean simulations are biggest challenge to authenticity visual system also currently main research hotspot field computer graphics. In this paper, a hybrid Ocean Modeling Method based on wavelet transform presented. This method introduces accurate phase calculation wind-field model solution compensate for randomness wave generation lack physical mechanism spectral methods. computational cost greatly reduced by using rough spatial grid calculate amplitude values at any point space, which effectively avoids Nyquist–Shannon Theorem limitations caused numerical solutions PDEs (partial differential equations), high-fidelity high frequency, detailed sea surface coherent phase-dependent effects achieved. Practical verification shows that can fully meet requirements with strong performance good stability. Thus, it could play significant role improving system.
